The collection
Three kinds of Chalkidiki, a short drive apart.
A cliff-top village of limestone houses above the Toroneos Gulf. An easy, sandy coast thirty-five minutes from Thessaloniki Airport. The pine-shaded south of Kassandra, where the water stays shallow and calm. We keep stays in each — and two private villas for when you would rather the sea were your only neighbour.
There is no booking engine and no call centre. You speak to George, who owns and looks after every address, and who will tell you honestly which one suits your trip.

OKKIO sits on the sand at Vergia, facing the Thermaic Gulf: fringed parasols, low sunbeds and an evening sky that turns gold over the water. Freddo espresso in the morning, lunch from the kitchen, cocktails as the sun goes down — and Okkio Sea View just across the road.

Where you’ll find us
Most of our stays sit on Kassandra, the first of Chalkidiki’s three peninsulas; Okkio Sea View and OKKIO are on the west coast near Nea Kallikratia. The villas’ exact addresses are shared on booking.
